Any later changes in scheduled appointments will cause additional charge of 50% of the cost of service scheduled! Any untimely arrival for scheduled appointment may result in designated service time deduction, for reason to accommodate scheduled appointments with other customers. Customer who does not show up for or cancelled appointment 8 hours or less before the scheduled appointment will be charged for the full value of the service scheduled.

To effectively serve you and out of consideration for our staff, please allow yourself enough time to meet your scheduled appointment. 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all 60-minute treatments. 48-hour notice is required for multiple treatments, packages, and spa parties.
